50th Wedding Annerversery

On Friday and Saturday Sarah and I spent two days making this quilt for mum and dad's 50Th wedding anniversary. This is my very first star block I have ever made withs Sarah's guidance I have finally completed one. We used 2 Allspice Tapestry jelly rolls along with 4 meters of coordinating fabric .
Sarah put these images onto photocopying fabric for us, don't they just look wonderful. This photo is of my mum and my daughter, granddaughter and my self. This is 4 generations of girl. This is another photo and more of the quilt. This photo is of my mum and dad on there wedding day. All most 50 years ago .This is an image of the completed project, we also have two more stitchery to complete and add to the quilt. Will post the final photo's later on.
