Last Saturday sarah and my self .Put the top of the Anniversary quilt together .It is basted and ready for sarah to do the hand quilting.

Stampin Up Party

This is my card that I made..

Last Friday night my sister invited Sarah , and my self to a stampin up party .We had a look at a lot of products. Then martyn showed us how to make a card. We all had so much fun together. We all went home with a handmade card..

The Most Dangerouse Cake Recipe

5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
A small splash of vanilla extract
1 large coffee mug

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again. Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.
The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.EAT! (this can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous).

And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world? Because now we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or night!

Sarah and my self have put the quilt together and it look beautiful . Sarah is quilting by hand. We have taken some photo of the quilt togeather we well put the photo on our blog very soon.

Big Flathead

DH and my self went camping the last week of the Christmas's school holidays . We camp in a tent at Bellingham. This is the big Flathead that I caught . We went fishing on the beach. This is the second biggest fish I have ever caught.

50th Wedding Annerversery

On Friday and Saturday Sarah and I spent two days making this quilt for mum and dad's 50Th wedding anniversary. This is my very first star block I have ever made withs Sarah's guidance I have finally completed one. We used 2 Allspice Tapestry jelly rolls along with 4 meters of coordinating fabric .

Sarah put these images onto photocopying fabric for us, don't they just look wonderful. This photo is of my mum and my daughter, granddaughter and my self. This is 4 generations of girl. This is another photo and more of the quilt.This photo is of my mum and dad on there wedding day. All most 50 years ago .This is an image of the completed project, we also have two more stitchery to complete and add to the quilt. Will post the final photo's later on.

Wild Baby Rabits

I had these wild baby rabbits given to me to raise. A friend cat brought them home and she didn't no what to do with them .There was 3 of them but one didn't make it. The cat bring food home to feed her all the time .The cat has a bell on her but that has not stop her. She dose not eat them just bring them home and put them on the floor..

I am feeding them with a bottle they are going relay well. It was so hard to get a photo because they just wonted to hide. They are just so cute..

I will show you some more photo as they grow . I have had them for one week now and they have all ready grown ...

Queenstown Museum

Well worth the trip to Queenstown to have a look through the museum . We could of spent all day looking through the museum but ran out of time there was just so much to see there. Have a look at the old sewing machine. We will go back some time and have another look in the morning in stead the late afternoon.

Corinna

Corinna is a very small town. It was a gold mining town in it days. But now just for tourists to look at. We stop their for breakfast. Then we went across the river on a barge..

Our Room

This is our room at Arthur's River. I have been away from blogger land for over a week, as I have been camping with my family before school go back . I only got two pic of my camping trip as I thought I had lost my cambra . But it was found .
