On my walk up the beach a few week ago this what I come across. We had so much rain that I could not get to the other side of the beach. Most of the time you can just step over the water it is only a trickle but not today it was raging.
You can see here how fast it was traveling.
This is were I was trying to head to the sand dunes it dose not look very step, but it is talk about a work out.
