Best To Last (Gift From Ross)


This is the fat quarter that i got when i went to Ross. We had to pick one out of a bag and I got Sarah Yes my SIL fat quarter. It was wrap in Christmas paper with this tape ribbon and the pit berry and the rusty bell ,Thank you Sarah...

This is the bag that we all got on our table.

This is what was in side it a small bag of jelly baby's and two DMC threads.

This is my name tag that i received when i got to Ross.

This was my luck door prize small box of chocolates and a boobie button.

Yes i did leave one chocolate . so I am not greedy !!! LOL.

This apron from hugs n kisses was also my lucky door prize.

Most of us got a gift of Isabella, It was a DMC spool holder or you can use it for your pencials. Thank you Isabella for you great gift ...

Tassie Quilting Bloggers Gathering At Ross

On Saturday Sarah and my self got up early to travel to Ross for our Tessie Bloggers Gathering organised By Jo ....... I would like to thank Jo very much for all the hard work that she went to for the bloggers day out ..

It was held at the Ross bakery stables. This is were we all stayed for the day stitching. We also had show and tell I took my ruth Quilt. There was so many nice thing make but I didn't get any photos .

This is all the Tassie Gloggers and Friends. I am not going to name them all because Sarah has got there name on her blog. But I am the one in the brown jacket next the the young girl on the left

Each place setting had this lovely gift bag and a menu of what we was going to do for the day .

This is what was in our bag 2 DMC threads and small bag of jelly baby's. Which Sarah and my self pig out on coming home. ( I got this pic from Christine blog ) Well I don't now about all they other bloggers but I had one very lovely day.

Online Swap


I made this small wall hanging and pincushion about 2 year ago for a online swap. It was my very first swap. I found it hard to make for someone you don't now very well. It is so much better now with blogger friends as you do get to now then through there work and also talking to them. I just love blogging and getting comments on my blog....

Having Fun

We all had a great day out .I think it is so lovely to get together, With family and spend time having fun.

Batman Bridge


On Sunday 2 November my family, went to the batman bridge for a barbecue tea .

This bridge is named after John Batman. Who sailed from the river tamar in 1835, to initiate the first settlementof Melbourne.

This is the last thing on Julie's tea towel, That I sent to her for her birthday.

Crayfish

DH and his mates went on a fishing trip last week end. This is what DH brought home 4 fresh crayfish and 1 crab yummy! We have all ready tryed one it was very nice. Gave one to my daughter and the rest in the freezer. They are so nice fresh...
